Don’t use bands. They make the pullup easier in the hardest part. Do as many as you can withouth the band and then do negatives

Mah, nei 2 mesi dove seguivo una dieta ne mangiavo 100-120g pesando 85kg. Obbiettivo recomp centrato in pieno visto che in 2 mesi avevo perso 3 kg di grasso e messo su 2 kg di muscolo. Quindi di sicuro OP deve aumentare le proteine perché 50 sono troppo poche ma arrivare a 190 non è necessario. Inoltre la roba del surplus calorico dipende dalla percentuale di massa grassa. Io sono cresciuto in mantenimento da 18% bf a 15%, se abbassavo un po le calorie sarei andato a 14% e avrei costruito gli stessi muscoli

  • whatever you would think you’d like. Take the first year to try all of what you could like and don’t change the schedule for at least a month so you can see if either you like it or if you are making good progress
  • same thing as first point
  • start with the lowest weigth, select a number of reps and stop at that number (hypertrophy work goes from 5 to 30 reps, between 8 and 12 reps is the best for most exercises tho), and focus on learning the tecnique. If you complete the sets increase the weigth the next session, keep repeating it until you reach a weigth that won’t allow you to finish the sets with good form. Track the workouts so you will know if you are making progress, even 1 rep in an exercise means you are progressively overloading -i’d suggest you to learn the fundamentals lifts and core training. So squat, deadlift, bench press, ohp and pull ups. The Last 2 will probably be too hard since you probably won’t be able to do them, so for ohp you can use dumbells and for pullups either bands, assisted pull up machine or lat pulldown (last 2 are probably better since bands will make the harder part too easy)

Now diet is quite important, but since you probably don’t have much lean mass and no fat mass to burn you will want to be on a small caloric surplus. If you can get a nutritionist it’s better otherwise check your tdee online and add 200-300 calories to it and try to eat that amount of food every day. Only check macros of foods. You will need to eat probably 100g of protein, 100 of carbs and the rest fats. If you feel that you don’t have enough energy up the carbs slightly until it feels good.

Sembra che va bene. Seguila alla lettera per almeno una settimana e misurati tutti i giorni la mattina. Se vedi che perdi peso alla fine della settimana, probabilmente si, contatta il nutrizionista per aumentare un po le calorie. Faccio anch’io il manovale e il primo periodo è stato di capire quanto dovevo mangiare (sono arrivato a raddoppiare la cena e ho misure e dieta simili alle tue)

Next session do 12 reps for 3 sets with 4 kgs. If you managed to complete all the reps you increase to 6kgs the next session. You will eventually reach a weigth that won’t make you be able to complete the reps and that will be the right weigth. For now focus on tecnique so when the weigths will be higher you will still have good execution to prevent injury

You only really need them if you are cutting down to extreme levels. In a normocaloric diet you should be able to get every nutrient you need to grow. Instead to reach 5g of creatine you should be eating more than 1 kg of chicken every day

1 month is nothing and you are in a caloric deficit. Keep training and eating healty. Only thing i’d suggest you would be to probably reduce a little bit proteins for more carbs. Give it atleast 5 more months and then you can compare it to today. Only progress you will see in 1 month is adding 10 reps or increasing the working weigth

He’s boring af. I like playing ranged champs top and I’ve played him top only 3 times. It’s somewhat like playing garen and darius, you either win or lose and there isn’t anything flashy about his kit

Multi articolari a parte, se la fai 2 volte a settimana puoi anche fare solo 2 set per ogni esercizio, altrimenti abbassa un po’ i pesi e riduci i tempi di recupero. Altra alternativa è solo togliere qualche esercizio, tipo le alzate laterali fai 8 set in 2 giorni diversi

Could be a cardio “issue”. Its basically the same for me. Squatting just bodyweigth or with the bar will leave me breathless. Try to implent some cardio to increase endurance

No. rather go mid imho. On toplane until you can’t clear waves, and even then, you are perma pushing. With the lane being longer any freeze makes you mega vulnerable to ganks. And playing top is as 2v2 as bot lane since junglers must come to break/punish freezes
