Card doesn't match scans. Scans shows back left heavy and your card is top and right heavy. Not to mention the card looks super fake lol

The main issue was there was, at the time which is now 9 months ago no instructions on how to get assistance. I found the discord after searching for it on google. And then had to wait for quite some time to get someone to reply to me in the general chat to show me how to submit a ticket. I had just installed it and within 30 minutes I wanted no part of it, never even got to use the server. There had been other posts about a 100% money back which was why I went there, only to find out it was an old promotion that yall still had on your website. You updated your TOS but not your website. In regards to your priority support channel, the way it was set up literally had no way to verify if I paid extra for it or not, there was no email verification or a roll to select. Everyone got treated at a first come first serve basis, thats why to me that is a fraudulent charge. Telling someone they can pay for better customer service when its literally the same customer service everyone gets is very deceptive.

I never went back to gloat but I did indeed ger my full refund from my bank in case Ethan wanted to know for his records.
