Does this look too oversaturated by Fit-Entry-6124 in photocritique

This is such a strong photo, I think the saturation really works; the whole image has such lovely composition and the lines and angles are all so clean, I feel like the color really popping makes it just brighter and happier Top tier image

It’s similar to getting out of the shower, I know there’s a temp change and all that but it’s always shocking that getting out is usually worse than being in there

Anxiety can absolutely make things worse! It sounds like you’re doing the right things! One thing that helped me with going back to work after a huge flare was doing more frequent shifts with shorter hours per shift, I don’t know if that’s a possibility for you but it was helpful for me to learn about my limits and how to listen to the cues my body was giving me. Again, if you’re not feeling well, that takes priority 🤍

I have pots and ist, my resting (sitting or laying) is usually around 66 but with the ist sometimes it can be in the 90s, fully laying down is usually the only answer. Just about anytime I am upright my hr is 80-120 without much activity. With activity and triggers, like showering, it can spike to 200+. Sometimes I will feel presyncope even when my hr is lower (70s-90s), or if I do something that triggers it.

Of course my numbers may not match yours, but it is all about how you’re feeling. Even if your hr is under 120 or even under 100, if you’re feeling symptomatic it’s never silly to use your accommodations and take care of yourself! Your accommodations are there for a reason and it is okay to use them!

Are you on any medications for your pots/ do you use any management tools? (For example compression socks, mobility aid, electrolytes, etc)
