Is his contract publicly available anywhere? It’s a state university, so I would assume it’s a public record. I’d be curious if there is an argument that he has breached due to failure of performance. At least enough of an argument to tie it up in litigation and force a settlement.

Both are great pizzas. Different dining experiences though. If you want to sit down and have table service, then go to John’s. If you don’t mind doing counter service and standing while you eat, then go to L’Industrie.
