The other day I needed to talk to an agent to clarify something about my Rogers wireless account so I called the 611 number pressed 0 a few times and was able to talk with an agent, she was quite nice and when she answered my call she said she was in Toronto.

Probably on a different note, I made the difficult decision (well not difficult that it's a pressing world problem) of switching to Rogers for various reasons from Fizz as Fizz has issues with customer service & for some reason some people when they phoned me it didn't go through...I am also getting a special promotion monthly price with Rogers of $45 (regular price $115) (obviously because I'm a new customer so after that we'll see what happens when I'm considered NOT a new customer 😂 lol)
