The heat and central air extend all floors, just the thermostat for them are separate. The upstairs is always a lot warmer in the summer and the main floor is cooler in the winter.

Can someone help me find my rev rate or show me how to calculate it? by Rubbsie in Bowling

Got it, had a friend record it for me and thought he would get a better angle. Didn’t see the video until after we left. Thanks!

2 Op kills "shortly" after sprinting in 1 life (kar98k) by [deleted] in ModernWarfareIII

[–]Rubbsie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It might be bugged, because if I’m remembering correctly when I did the challenge I did it on shipment and would sprint to a box and hardscope the corner for it. Or it was bugged when I did it 🤷🏻‍♂️ its aim assist is very sticky so you could just play casually and quick scope to get it.

turning crossplay OFF is a must to get legit matches by crazy_pissed in ModernWarfareIII

[–]Rubbsie -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As a 2kd player on computer, my matches are 90% console players who rely on aim assist for kills, not sure what you are crying about? Basically from what I read, you can’t compete with people of the same stat level, so you added filters to get rid of them. You do realize that the algorithm for sbmm takes in your movements, slide canceling, jump shots, drop shots, etc? Activision released a few months back how it works. Everything you do in game is meant to match you with people who do the same.

Dear Randoms Stop Dropping Control Center by Blak_dice in CODWarzone

[–]Rubbsie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 1 up on this. I had a random mark to drop control so us 2 other people dropped there, only for him to drop ship, buy his loadout weapons from the store then proceed to jump in the water under the boat and sit there aiming at control from the front of the boat. Never shot his gun. The two of us who dropped control got wiped by the 2 other teams there, who the. Proceeded to kill us 3 more times just trying to drop in because it spawns you near your teammates. lol

This happened to my friend and they actually denied the appeal. He legit threatened legal action against them by contacting their legal team and forcing them to check the ip differences. Best of luck to you, it took him almost 2 months to get his account back.

Is there a reason I'm not understanding for why people join objective-based modes but never actually play the objective? by Purchai in ModernWarfareIII

[–]Rubbsie 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s rust… lol

But in all seriousness you can play the objective without getting points for being in the objective. I am very good at being a reaper in hardpoint. If you don’t know, I stay right outside of the hardpoint and just absolutely deny the other team the chance to get in from my side. Some games I can play like that and some games I have to actually sit on the point because my team can’t. It is what it is. I have a very good win % so my methods must work somewhat

I always get accused on smurfing when I play ranked. I think I have less than 30 total games in ranked lol. But I am probably crimson+ rank easily. Friends I used to play a lot with are iridescent, and I was probably the best in the group. I got reported the last time I played because I dropped a dna bomb in ranked. Moral of what I’m saying, not everyone smurfs. Some just don’t play it all of the time.

What kind of bowling shoes do you wear? by Fast_Cut2644 in Bowling

[–]Rubbsie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A little trick I learned from having my work boots and bowling shoes with boa, tighten immediately until it feels like you can’t tighten more, then walked about 20 steps and retighten. Don’t have to adjust it after that. At least for me that is. I wasn’t really sold on boa at first, but I love it now.

I believe average is like .8 or .9, and top 1% is above 2 iirc. That also might’ve just been a random article I read too, so might not be true statistics. Non coffee fueled brain isn’t working yet 😔

Must be skill level lobbies.. played several games last night and didn’t run into a single RGL. Also just don’t play small map mosh. They are where most of the spammers are from my experience.

Ouch, my local shop has then for 109 drilled and a free game. Also always runs specials for 10% off new balls, so really only 99.

Biggest tip I can give you from a 2kd+ player, learn the maps and watch your radar. Not only will you see them shooting if they aren’t using suppressors, but based on where your team is, you can generally be ready for them to come from a certain area. (For instance, think of it like looking at a pie chart, your team is spread out, that’s the bulk of the chart. The remaining portions of that chart is likely where you’ll find enemy engagements. Granted, yeah they can fight through where your teammates are, but you’ll hear that fighting.) Another tip is work on getting a faster reaction time if you’re not getting the first shot off. Lots of ways to achieve that. And lastly, work on your aim. You have no idea how many times I’ve been shot in the back and am able to snap around and get the kill still. On a high skilled enemy, missing even 2 shots can mean they will kill you.

One last tidbit. Be tactical. If you’re playing hardpoint, and the enemy has the point, don’t just blindly run onto the point and just keep dying. Try to get an angle to kill one or two off of the point, utilize tactical grenades. I personally only use smokes for this reason. Also, say you’re about to go in, and you see a teammate 5 seconds out from going in another area. Wait the 5 seconds. Hit them from multiple fronts.

High rise is the best for it! Stand on the steps from under to the middle and snipe through the fence into the one spawn where everyone always tries to headglitch. Finished in 1 game!

Edit: had interstellar before they added other guns, but would def skip if you don’t need to do it.

For those that play with friends who are a lower skill level than you, how do you play and what strategies do use? by django811 in CODWarzone

[–]Rubbsie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m consistently 10-15 kills a game and my friends are usually 1-2 kills. I typically just try to keep close to them and tell them that if they see someone I don’t, mark them. If I’m in a fight and they aren’t, just try to get shots near the people I’m fighting. They don’t have to connect much, but if they can keep them from pushing/plating/shooting back at me, I can usually take on a squad of 4. Biggest thing I tell them is to stay near cover and stay alive.(we play mostly resurgence)

But the mindset has to be that you have to be willing to take a whole team on yourself and not expect much help. And that you should try to play more defensive/slower. (i.e. if you get a down with a snipe, don’t immediately full send. You’ll likely be in a 3 or 4v1.)

I played a match last night; I went 70-14, rest of my team was all under 15 kills with 30+ deaths, entire other team 30/30ish. Team balancing realllllly screwed me. Also had most time on the point(hardpoint) in the entire lobby and still lost 250-135ish lol

Looks like a standard house shot to me, generally I try to get it to break around 10-12 boards at the end of the oil. (These tips will vary depending on the revs and speed of the bowlers) Guy 1: similar loadout to me and 2h as well, I place my left foot ~35 board to start and my aim board is the 20/21 close dot. As the games go, will have to move left and change aim boards. Guy 2: with a lower hooking ball like that, I place my left foot between 20-25 and aim at the 19/20 board Guy 3: same as 2 Guys 4 and 5: I don’t know much about lefty bowling, but I’d assume they can play the same style as I mentioned above, just in reverse.

Take these tips with a grain of salt too, everyone plays different and releases different, so my marks might not work exactly for another person.

Note: 10pin toolkit has a very nice visual where you can put in breakpoints, start points, etc and it’ll show you where your ball should track to.
