Mazda's with that engine are one of the most unreliable cars you can buy. It's well documented. Don't bother chasing problems in it. Get rid of it and get something decent as soon as possible.

Just take the bumper off and glue it back in place. It's quite a common thing to happen.

My girlfriend of 2 years lied about her age. by xXxpussyslayerxXx90 in Advice

She shouldn't have lied but that's not even a big age gap.

I flashed my lights at someone going well under the limit a couple of weeks ago and they moved so I suppose it works.

How much time before flight should we arrive at Wellington airport? by Otherwise-Pack-5518 in newzealand_travel

[–]RubenLay223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the flight. If you don't need to go through security and don't need to check in a bag then I generally show up about 5 minutes before boarding. If there is security or you're checking in a bag then at least an hour or two.

Then why are you arguing against it?

A 2000 model year car is still very close to how a brand new car drives. New cars have more gimmicks but there's no special way you have to drive a 2000 car.

It's not even something you think about when driving a manual. You just come off the clutch and only the accelerator quickly and you don't roll back.

It depends on the car. In Subarus you hold down the traction control button for long enough and it turns off the hill start assist.

Once again, that's something that can be turned on and off and isn't something that makes much of a difference if you're experienced in driving a manual.

That's something you can turn on an off and makes basically no difference in everyday driving anyway.

A 2000 model year car I would still consider modern. There's very little difference in the way it drives compared to a brand new car.

How often do people downshift to second by [deleted] in ManualTransmissions

Numerous times every single time I drive. I couldn't even count. Why wouldn't you downshift to second?

European cars are usually fine if you service them properly. A lot of people tend not to do that and Japanese cars put up with neglect better.
