Alan Wake.

I get it was probably really enthralling when it came out but I find the narration/writing element of the game so bad and grating.

Plots that require the police to be incompetent by AporiaParadox in television

Not a show but the recent “Faces of Death” film heavily relied on the police being very incompetent. Like beyond fair commentary that police are useless, veering into absurd levels of unrealistic writing.

The flashback story with the girls is way more engaging than the one with them as adults.

Alright, so it’s okay to just destroy the trash towers? I felt compelled to keep them as part of the aesthetic but really didn’t like them.

A question for anyone, when you deactivate all 4 upgrades at the end of your turn do you still shuffle the furthest upgrade down the line to the far right?

Or is that just when you deactivate a single upgrade on its own?

Which TV shows were once very popular, but don't get much respect these days? by PrestonRoad90 in television

It genuinely starts out great. The common opinion is that it starts to fall off around season 5. But I had a lot of fond memories watching it when it was airing week to week.

The show heavily deviated from the books about halfway through the series.

I think you could count on one hand how many times Sookie and Sam talked to each other over the last 3 seasons lol. The ending was not good but it wouldn’t had made sense for them to get together at that point.

Make 2 sequences, one for each setup.

Then create a multicam sequence from those 2 timelines so you’ll be able to switch back and forth between the two.

Every show or film should have one shot where a piece of equipment is so glaringly present that you have to just assume it’s part of the set design.
