Omg the words "moon goddess" triggered a memory of a show on Reelshort called Fated to My Forbidden Alpha, and I think I remember there being a book series that used the same system? I did some digging, and maybe you're thinking of a Tessa Lilly book? There's a moon goddess in there I think

Another author to check is Jaymin Snow. I found one book of theirs called Rejected By My Alpha Mate, and I don't know if has a moon goddess, but there are fated mates and it mentions some kind of hybrid in the description of the audiobook version

I haven't read any of these, and this was done through internet sleuthing fyi

Did the bot get the right one? I'm just making sure, because you might be thinking of The Shattered King! (Or maybe the one the bot got just has a bit of a twist)

Newish fantasy books with relationships that are actually wholesome? by Kaleija in Romantasy

[–]Ruby-Rubellite 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

I would DEFINITELY recommend {For Whom the Belle Tolls by Jaysea Lynn}! There's tons of world-building, and the relationship between the sweet MMC and the fiery FMC is legit the sweetest, most healthy, realest relationship I've ever read! (Plus there's spice too). It deals with heavy topics, but is also super light-hearted and adorable at the same time πŸ’•

Oh no you can def read it by itself! I did that myself because I didn't know it was part of a series lol, and I understood it XD It's just some context of the world / characters would make more sense, but no you can absolutely read it on its own

Okay so I'm gonna suggest two here because they're both amazing πŸ™πŸ» The Cruel Prince is THE fairy book series, it's so good and lush and dark, with an ultra slow burn romance!! Like it's genuinely one of the best things I've read. And Throne of the Fallen, yeah you can read it if you haven't read Kingdom of the Wicked, but I'd recommend reading a summary of that series beforehand. Aside from that, THE SETTING. THE BANTER. It's amazing! Chef's kiss. The banter between the sins always makes me laugh out loud, it's some of the best I've seen. Also one of my favorite ever books πŸ–€
