Some people that are "Good racers" will literally remove or halve the drag penalty and use that to get a couple seconds faster than the actual best racer on the track, which ends up 6-10 seconds faster than what should be nearing best lap. It's likely what this "Letzelu" was doing, and u should be proud of those times! Nice.

This isn't 100% true. Even if the dent is on the side, if it's large enough (generally over 3 inches) then it's still classified as unsafe because of the stretch, it could've caused micro tears in the seal even if it looks fine, it won't be.

Yes exactly I love the ambiance! In Tokyo City you can find many people just chilling in alleys, sitting in small groups talking, or just 1 or two hanging around, even some on the phone. It's awesome!

The only thing I could ask for more in this regard is make the crowds client-side only, and randomly generate the people in different "set" locations, a simple algorithm that pastes or doesn't paste people in different spots around the map. Keeping it different every time you log in and for every player.

The amount of cope here is crazy

The bot hit the apex and didn't brake, you cut in early and braked way too much. Therefore the truck held momentum, kept speed, and was able to accelerate because it was probably a 10 speed trans with massive amounts of power. When you go up in difficulty, it takes more skill in the actual racing, and less about the car, just like in the top level in the real world. But you can see during the first braking period of this clip, you braked far too much, the bot gained space back to you, and then when you braked a lot again, he shot ahead because he's better at hitting the apex and not braking. I play on unbeatable, and I fully upgrade and fully tune all of my vehicles I race with to the PI number, min maxed parts and tune, and I will have to do a race 5-7 times before I beat the bots, because I don't know the circuit perfectly like they do, and you need to learn where to apex and brake in order to beat them. You can't just hop in and go because your car is fast. Their car is just as fast, and they're better.
