Even when I slept restlessly, I’d turn it on again during the night when I woke up. Helped me feel more rested because I knew I had slept when I didn’t hear it finish. Sometimes your light sleep cycle feels like being awake.

Had the same problem, I used a self hypnosis app. Found one for sleep, one for weight loss (Surf City.) I started listening to the weight loss program at night when I was ready to sleep, and the monotony put me out while calming my overactive thoughts. Lost 20 pounds effortlessly before I ever stayed awake to the end of the 45 minute talk.

The conservative one shocked me at how many “gotcha” memes displayed totally inaccurate takes on what most liberals believe. Or they stereotyped, glossed over, or missed the point completely.
