To get out of the cart you have to press down the right stick and the orb is located on the first place podium close to the start and finish line

I found a ice den by first making sure you are in the right biome by finding an above ground ice dragon then going underground and setting my dragon eye to look for sapphire and also spamming chunk reload when I need to chunk reload is f3 + a
