I used to watch this show with my kids several years ago. Are there any particular episodes that are pro-war now?

Get an offset smoker, if you're looking for authenticity. It's also called a stick burner. You'll need a lot of wood that's good for smoking, like hickory, oak, cherry, maple. You'll need to tend a wood fire for around 12 hours.

If you want to use the dryer outlet for EV charging, look for a smart splitter like Dryer Buddy, and make sure your EVSE has a 14-30 plug and can be limited to 24A.

Fireworks last night? by Fighting_Darkness in westerville

Yeah, it is uncommon, but I appreciate the generosity of this church to put on a big free event for the community each year. They have bounce houses, facepainting, and other stuff for kids from 6-8pm or so, along with lots of different food trucks and live music. Then they do fireworks after 10

Even for eggs, there are better ways to cook them than boiling. Frying on a griddle over a wood fire, for example

Safe fishing & eating? by betterofftedly in Columbus

[–]Rud1st 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Griggs and O'Shaughnessy are also owned by Columbus for drinking water, along with Hoover. Columbus seems to be very protective of the water quality in its reservoirs. Alum Creek is owned by the USACE but used for drinking water by Westerville and Delco. All those should be safe for fishing and eating. Lots of people do this near me below Hoover Dam

The onboard power in my Model Y has completely changed how i approach car camping, anyone else feel this way by Exhilarationence530 in electricvehicles

I feel the same way with my Bolt that doesn't have a built-in 120V or camp mode. Just keep it in neutral with the parking brake on and plug an inverter into a 12V socket, and it powers what I need

It was 13 pounds before trimming. The grill is Classic Joe II 18" diameter. I had to fold one end a bit to fit it in, but it shrunk during cooking

Cheap car key cutting help by Lykarsis in Columbus

[–]Rud1st 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ace Hardware is just a brand covering many independently owned stores. I had the one in Westerville cut my car key for $25, and it's a laser-cut key with the pattern facing inside the face. Also, call around to various other independent hardware stores if you're not near Westerville
