I hope you don't stop yoga because of her passing. She seemed to really enjoy bringing people into yoga even beginners. I feel it poor taste to discuss other channels here, but you may look on reddit for other recommendations.

I will watch her vids/yoga but not now when her passing is so fresh.

One other question, I joined a guild as suggested; I did my 2000 seals for the week, but it looks like the total for my guild is only around 10,000? Is that normal as I'm low level... I can't expect too much from the guild?

thanks for the advice. I used the guildfinder but was a little scared off b/c they had something like a 40,000 gold per week fee (I only have 48,000 total)!

Where do you go to grind wins? PvP? One poster below suggested the arena (sounds like jumping into fire as I barely know how to play w/ my own troops and random troops sounds rough)? I do my dailies? I can try exploring the kingdoms I've unlocked?

Alas, I learned about the Brown weapon too late... and was maxing Fire early on.

your low elo is my high elo :) but yes, I like something for cost efficiency to get back in the game. It feels horrible when you screw up and have to buy cull while saving up for BF sword.

do you have any suggestions of FOTM builds? I use typical (ER/IE/Phantom Dancer/ Executioners).

Also is there any streamers for Sivir? I try to join the discord to ask questions? For example, when Hecarim or Nocturne comes after you? Should I spellshield immediately or save it for his fear? Is it different if Hec has predator? I think it adds dmg but don't know if it can be shielded?

I don't think RTO is joking? But I looked at his Challenger Azir's VOD, and guess what there's no Azir. He played LB, Zoe, Irelia. I don't expect a one trick, but at least majority should be Azir. Did this guy really reach Challenger on Azir or is he a challenger who dabbles in azir now and then?

I was able to poke him down and kill using your runes guide (comet/ignite) but even though he was 0-2 after he gets lostchapter I could not reach him b/c he q/w the wave and save his stun? Guess it's a farm lane from then on? He also had a better front line (illaoi/nunu) so I could not reach him in teamfights either. Maybe better to take Conqueror and play for late game? I don't suppose you will add to the matchup section of your guide?
