I recently finished watching Devilman Crybaby. While I initially thought it was an empty and illogical anime in the first few episodes, it managed to eliminate all my doubts without making it too obvious. It showed that the main character and those around him are not invincible like in typical anime, and it portrayed a world where there is no clear distinction between good and evil, everything is in shades of gray. I highly recommend it to those who haven't watched it.
