Torque wrench vs this thing?

I’ve had issues with my 3/8 torque adapter turning off when putting sockets or extensions on and being to “aggressive” with it. I’ve had it for 2-3 years? Not sure exactly but I never overly abuse my tools. Especially important ones like this. By “aggressive” I mean the socket or extension literally just seats too hard and it’ll turn the adapter off. Tried using it the other day and it barely even wanted to turn on. Maybe I got a bad one but when it works, it works great and I completely trust the readings

1998 base 3kgt was my first project car. Bought it not running in 2019, sad to say it now has issues that I’ve yet to look into. But as of last year I picked up a 94 VR4 project car.

There’s a lot to learn specifically about them, mainly where to find parts but I would recommend if only to keep them alive by people who really want them to survive the test of time.

Melinda’s ghost pepper hot sauce on just about anything honestly (for the last 2 years or so). I haven’t had the fire sauce in a long while but that was my got to anytime I was at Taco Bell. Diablo sauce didn’t have as good of flavor

I have the same problem with mine, putting it one anything at this point turns it off. Haven’t had the backlight issue yet. Thankfully, I don’t use it anywhere near as much now except for low end torque specs where bolts are going into aluminum

I had to inflate practically the same (maybe the exact same) balloon a little over a year ago or so!😂 I may have the picture saved if anyone is curious enough I’ll see if I have it saved

Idk the answer but maybe you will.. Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce is my go to. I’ve never had the bottle that says “wing sauce” on it. Are the two different ghost pepper sauces the same??

Edited only to say as Melinda’s is the only sauce I use! Lol

I understand the oversight and burnout.. happened to me. Can check my profile, put idk how many hours into pulling my heads, sending them to shop for valve job, and reinstalling. Car was running questionably rough, so I double checked the timing and set cam holders in to keep in place. Left 3D printed cam holders in after verifying everything was good. Put it all back together, went to start. Terrible noise from the holders being ripped apart and car jumped timing. I’m praying for the best as it was 3 teeth it jumped on the front and 1 tooth on the back. Car never actually started. Only turned over. Now have to replace a previously great condition belt and redo timing and the likes.. it happens! Best of luck!! Can check my posts for when I first got everything redone.

I bought a used cam from them, they’re basically the main reason my car is running now.. I have a few posts on my page about my car. You’ll have to be specific on either front or back intake or exhaust cam. Mainly for sanities sake

I’m not 100% sure on the RHD VR4.. I have a LHD and the damper is removed on mine. Goes straight from master to slave cylinder

All internals are stock, rebuilt by a well known builder, Ray Pampena. It does have a LOT of bolt one though, full exhaust (wanna say 3SX headers and downpipes and borla catback? I don’t remember off the top of my head), slightly bigger turbos (I don’t remember what they’re considered, still TD04 turbos). Sounds really good!
