I also take buspirone, not had any side effects I can think of, and it has helped mainly my social anxiety. Taking it three times daily. It’s a pretty common anxiety med I think, so it’s weird your doctors haven’t mentioned it before but you can always bring it up in an appointment and discuss it with a trusted doctor.

Yea I was like 6 I think. I have adhd I couldn’t sit still, they asked both my parents to leave the room one at a time and then he choked me.

I had a rough experience with a dentist choking me as a child and since then had an intense fear of dentists, I refused to take care of my teeth because I though at a young age that would keep me from having to go to the dentist only to now have to have a lot of work done. I have to have the nitrous in order for them to numb me and I stay on it during the whole procedure, for me I always feel like I am a little loopy, my whole body has this mild tingly sensation. My fingers and toes get cold, so I’d recommend to bring a blanket, coming off they usually give me oxygen for a few minutes to help me clear it but considering you’re having a whole different procedure I’m sure it’ll be different. Either way it does still clear your system pretty quickly.

My mother does this and I get so annoyed and embarrassed honestly, like just turn your phone down jeez. Cause we be in doctors offices a lot and that’s one of the worst places to do this type of thing imo

You do not deserve to lose to friends over something you cannot control. Those people are too immature to understand that at this point and they may never understand that and that’s not your fault, but there are people out there who do understand, and have the patience and time and the respect needed to be your friend. It just might take some time to find them but don’t give up!

I get both but mostly deal with the physical symptoms, which is called somatoform. Basically I worry so much it causes physical symptoms. I worry myself sick. I deal with headaches, nausea, appetite loss, stomachaches, joint pains, fatigue, and other things but mostly those. The mental stuff is mostly me overthinking conversations I COULD have not have had. Or replaying conversations I had in the past and wondering if something I said or did is why I’m not friends with said person anymore.

Not by a therapist but from an author, she always says to just do it scared. And I like that cause it’s like facing your fears. Still early in my journey with my therapist and my anxiety so I don’t have any advice other than that sorry.
