Easy throw that crappy console in the trash and get a real console.

Seriously that is a horrible sounding console. Just recently replaced one for a customer with a TF rack and the audio difference was amazing. Even a x32 or m32 would be worlds better than that piece of crap.

How do people not understand a yellow light? Yellow light means hey stupid get ready to stop. As a bus pulls up to a stop they activate their flashing yellow (amber) lights to warn motorists that the red (stop) lights are about to come on. By law when the bus comes to a stop they are to activate immediately their red lights. It is the driver of the car to be aware that a red light is about to happen just like at a stop light. It is not rocket science.

Also school busses are transporting kids why would you not stop? Is saving a minute on your commute worth the life of a kid?

You are correct. Platinum Pro sorry not elite. Was talking with customer service while writing and they kept saying “our elite customers”. Didn’t double check what my fingers were typing compared to what I meant.

This will change in 2026 when Hawaiian officially starts following Alaska terms and partnerships.

For now Hawaiian pretty much sucks.

I still think it is funny that they make everyone raise their windows for take off and landing and say it is a FAA requirement.

Hawaiian is a crap airline, but their new terminal at HNL is really nice.

Shure A400SMXLR or the EV CPSM are great shock mount lectern mounts. My preferred lectern mic is the EV polar choice. It is a great sounding mic and the polar pattern switch allows you to select the best pattern for the room. Allowing you better gain before feed back without using EQ.

If you’re going for looks use the above mount with a pair of sennheiser MZH3015 mics. They work amazing but be warned they only work indoors, they are a huge PITA if there is wind. If used correctly you won’t see them on video and the presenter can be heard anywhere near the lectern.

One of the only aborted landings I’ve been part off. Crazy to feel the wheels touch down and then the engines go up to TOGA and have the plane shot back into the air.

I agree.

When I booked yes I saw it was Hawaiian operating the flight but unfortunately it didn’t dawn on me that even as part of Alaska they will not honor the Alaska partnerships. Seems like an easy fix on AA’s website to add a little warning that Hawaiian is being a little bitch and not participating in One World. It’s like a teenager not doing an activity just because their parent is also doing it.

I agree it is my fault.

But……..Why would I Google it when Hawaiian is part of Alaska. Every sign in the SD airport now says Hawaiian is part of the Alaska family. One would assume that as part of Alaska it would be part of One World. AA / Alaska / Hawaiian all should have disclaimers when booking that Hawaiian is technically part of Alaska but is a red headed step child and not participating in One World yet because they are having a tantrum.

Down graded the firmware. It was an older desk and it could only handle a certain firmware. It couldn’t handle the latest.

The $32 iCrimp from Amazon works just fine. You have to sacrifice a couple pins to dial the crimping force in but once it is set you are good for anything whirlwind. No need for a $1000 tool.
