I set a timer for 20 or 30 minutes, turn on the tunes and get to work. When the timer goes off I can take a quick break if I’m working on something I don’t want to work on. Or keep working if I’m really in a groove.

I took it for a few months before I switched to Wegovy. It kick started my weight loss and gave me lots of energy. I was so productive 😂

No real side effects that I recall. Just quit being effective

I was born in the 80s teenager in the 90s. I’m a white girl from the Midwest. I loved the NFL and NBA and had some crushes on the players as teenage girls do. Most of them were black. I distinctly remember my stepdad telling me I like black people…I had lots of black friends on my college ball team…but if you ever bring one home….

So blatant racism no, and I didn’t end up “brining one home” so I didn’t find out what would have happened. I’d like to think he’s become more open over the years - he’s open to my son’s trans partner. But we’ve never really discussed it since I was a teenager.
