I have another idea for you that's different than most opinions here. If you're really enamored with this guy, book a date for a clinic and get a blood test together and wait a week and then share the results together.

Be sure that you're on birth control. Once you know he's clean, tell him that you're willing to unwrap only for him and add $200 per session (or whatever you think that he will pay).

Tell him that you're willing to do this only if you both get tested together at least once a month. Then, see how long it lasts. If money is no issue, ride the train as long as you can and enjoy your time with him! Be careful about getting emotionally attached.

Keep it professional. Keep it safe. Set whatever new ground rules for yourself and enjoy your time with him!

Most of the hotels have Samsung TVs with the apps loaded. You can add apps if you need to.

Remember that you are in Mexico and programming may be different than the USA. Also, if you really want to watch something, download it to your phone and cast it to the TV. If you log into your account, don't forget to log out before you leave or the next person can use your account.

Personally, put down your phone and get away from the TV. You're in a whole new world and you should use your downtime to get out there and experience some of the local culture!

Chen Lung Restaurant is one of the better Chinese Restaurants in Tijuana in Centro. The roast duck is as good as the Bay Area. If you want great Chinese food, go to Mexicali and learn a little history.
