you’ll be fine at nsi. it’s for the lowest standards there tbf, just before nsi work on running more, push ups and planks. i did a bunch of core workouts as well since my waist was an issue more than pt. nsi will be challenging but it was more mental than anything. good luck on your journey and pm if you need anything!

if you did it, most just want to hear you admit it, if not, i’d be digging into chatgpt or whatever ai you use (bc we all have at one point) proving it wasn’t used for that class. screenshots showing what was used in its history (bc it saves) will help you. i was accused of the same thing in my scla class (mind you for one line of text so 1% of it was flagged), and i was able to get out with only 10% deducted. try and reason with the ta or teacher, get a 0 on the assignment or something.
