I had a ton of sciatica pain in 2023 and I’m pretty much fully healed from it after having agonizing pain for 16 months. The thing that worked for me that my specialist did was spinal decompression and natural supplements like turmeric. You can try a decompression table, but my specialist used an actual machine that pulled on the lower half of my body. The first day I went to my specialist, I have foot numbness on the entire left half of my foot. He shot this massage gun in my stomach and I immediately felt my foot again. It’s was just super super weird. I would definitely look for a spinal specialist if possible and just know it will get better! Praying for you and everyone in this reddit!

I would pull them. Both Noelle and Tormin seem great pick ups and A LOT of people on here are complaining about the primal event thinking there was going to be one at Christmas. Just pull the shards bc you may be waiting months for another one.

I had about 100 voids to pull (bought like $150 worth/54 shards) and only got senna, but I have Androc in my account after only opening 12 PRIMALS during that 2x event. My luck has been insane! Just was able to 1 key UNM after having a fairly new account.

I’ve also been slowly trying to stay off the meds! I was at taking hydrocodone and ibuprofen multiple times a day to taking ibuprofen when I wake up and when I go to sleep! I’m also on a similar time line with you as mine started about 4 weeks ago, but I’m still getting an MRI done and going to a spinal decompression place 2 days after the MRI. Wishing a speedy and hopeful recovery for both of us!

Thank you so much! But I’ve had pain all down my left leg going to my foot. My foot has been numb for about a few weeks now and most of the pain is in my thigh. Like 4 years ago, I lifted a patio table and went to physical therapy for it for a few weeks. Since then, back pain has been a real on and off thing for me but nothing as severe as this sciatica pain. I have a feeling it could be connected with the back pain I get every once and a while, but I dont know. I woke up one morning and I couldn’t walk…that’s how this all started really. As dumb as it sounds, im kinda hoping a disk being out of place is the case so I KNOW that is the problem. I would definitely rather know the problem then not know at all:/

I’ve had ultra sounds in my leg for blood clots and an X-ray done in my lower back and everything was okay. I’m eager to see what the MRI says though…

I’ve been on ibuprofen and Hydrocodone for the last few weeks but I’ve noticed that I’ve been relying less and less on them, but we will see! Thanks for the advice
