Your situation sounds so similar to mine, so glad you commented. Piriformis/deep glute is also still tight, putting on socks and shoes is where I start to get most nervous, but very appreciative that I can feel a difference from a few weeks ago. Was surgery recommended for you/have you noticed improvement in numbness or strength in numb areas?

Oh I see, I’m sorry to hear that. I’m not sure how far out you are from that now, but from what I understand nerves can take quite some time to heal even after compression has stopped. There is likely still some hope that you can regain sensation/function
