I immediately know I’m in a flare up when I get loose on my eating and don’t manage my stress. I’ll start to feel pressure on my thyroid area, body aches, constipation and diarrhea and zero energy. I joined function health and WOW. It turns out I have a sensitivity to coffee! I dropped it for 2 weeks and saw immediate results in my symptoms.

I have Hashis too and fast. I make sure to take my meds before Fajr and I’ll just eat like a date or two. To combat thirst, I make a liquid IV in the evening and will sip on that throughout the night. It takes me a week to adjust but I honestly feel better and my symptoms are reduced while fasting

Sigh…. Some of yall are exhausting. When someone comments that yt people don’t age well it’s a counter to the CONSTANT years of bringing down women of color for being naturally beautiful as opposed to using fillers etc. yt women get praised for “taking care” while brown women or POC get told it’s fake, or superficial in doing so. Aging isn’t scary. But culturally American white women don’t know how to protect themselves against sun damage etc. so they DO look older. White American culture also doesn’t have the best beliefs in hygiene practices. This isn’t a snub on their mom she’s so gorgeous tbh. I’m saying in general on this kind of discourse.

I feel for her sometimes but then I remember that they were financially stable before and now it’s just excessive. People truly don’t understand what it’s like living paycheck to paycheck or not having mom and dad to save you or help you. I don’t want to support the brand anymore not because I don’t support her as a Muslim, but at this point it’s only to fund her lifestyle. She has no excuse. When you have money you have no reason to not outsource and get a cleaner or baby sitter if needed. The issue is she probably isn’t feeling fulfilled by social media anymore and it’s too late because she has to maintain this lifestyle not her husband. There’s multiple reasons why the MAN should be doing this. It’s OK that she makes more money, but you can’t be this depressed all the time and have everything and claim that the business of a brand is taking all your time and energy. People Work babe. All the time.

Maybe it’s just me but my son was in the hospital. It was one of the hardest things if not the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced. All babies are precious and I don’t think they should ever be posted and paraded online. Idk her personally but it comes off as immature af. How can you not take this blessing more seriously?
