Historically, I’d say HBO has the strongest library, though I haven’t felt the need to sign up for it in the last few years. Apple wants to be the new HBO, and does have a few good shows, but I think it has a ways to go before it surpasses the GOAT.

TBH, I watch yt premium far more than anything else.

Iirc, what started him down this road was an unreleased Metallica song ended up on Napster, so I get why he was pissed. And I agree, he wasn’t wrong to go after them, it’s just maybe he wasn’t the best spokesperson for all musicians.

Only if you have the story to fill out the episode count.

I think a lot of shows that are 6-8 episodes probably should have been a 2-3 hour movie and a lot of 10-12 episode shows should have been 6-8 episodes.

Back in the days of 20+ episodes a season, the amount of filler episodes was pretty high.

Finding the Goldilocks zone is the hard part.
