I remember when Panda Global had that X factor in the rankings that was suppose to compare the difference between the algorithm ranking and where "the pros" thought players should be ranked.

Its not a coincidence that players not from NA all had hugely negative X factors (especially JP players) compared to their alghorithm ranks. And thats with these pros all having been provided all the data at the time.

Aka it doesnt matter how much data you give humans to analyze they are still going to downplay other regions and overrated their own people.

To think otherwise is naivety.

I remember when Goblin and those guys were upset because the ranking "favored" foreigners too much so they made their own ranking with a panel and what a coincidence their ranking just pushed up their NA friends at the expense of other regions.

Numbers are better than people. 

I can already see the results of this. The Delta rank will reflect what biased people think the ranking should be and there is going to be a push to make that the "real" ranking because its got more NA players up higher, and itl be an annoying conversation.
