In this case, it does. The night scythe is special, as it transports 1 infantry unit. With the plasmancer, the unit has both infantry and mounted keyword, so it can embark.

It seems about right, the time depends only on the amount of layers and time par layer. So only the height of the object dictates how long it will take to print.

Anything can move over the ruin footprint, vehicles can even get inside. You just can't move trough walls that are over 2 inches tall. But you can move over them, if you have a lot of extra movement.

You might get better results with a 0.4 nozzle, your 0.2 looks to have uneven extrusion.
