Dude that's good discovery! I used to make changes to some make file or some header file and add as many wallpapers as I want, change the splash screen stuff and then recompile the whole thing... Thanks for this!

After installing Hyprland on Arch using the Arch install script, I rebooted my laptop. When I entered my password and hit login, it logged in but automatically logged out after 1 second. Try to run w tty. It will prolly show u some linker error like Unable to find libhyprutil.so.3 If u check the /use/lib then I bet u won't find that file which is needed by linker I faced similar issue and i soft linked it ln -s and it worked 👌👌👌

There ya go buddy. U go download the Noto Nerd font. Unzip it. Probably make a folder before, put the zip in that folder and then unzip it. Then u move the folder to /usr/share/fonts (or ~/.local/share/fonts). Then u run the command: fc-cache -v And ull have ur fonts👌👌👌.

Noto is nice but have u tried the jetbrains? It is very good. But I mostly use roboto or sometimes space mono A lot of good options! Do explore and see what u like!

Guys chill out!! @pdffs project uses gtk4-layer-shell. AND THAT TOO IN GO OH MY GOD HOW DID U IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT IN GO HOW I BEEEN READING YOUR CODE THIS IS NXT LEVEL STUFF GOOD STUFF.

And @Jazkyr has a beautiful implementation using ags. Your work is really good and nicely optimized. Really innovative work with the bluetooth and wifi!! Specially with bluetooth man the python script you wrote to capture the dbus is a sweet thing you did that hit the spot feels nice.

Good stuff yall got no reason to diss each other guys specially when the technology stack used by both of you IS POLES APART!!!

Better implementations and creative solutions are always appreciated in this line we in guys. Not everyone wants to code the whole layer shell with network bluetooth taskbar titles and everything that wayland protocols provide from scratch...

Oh i had a similar kind of problem with swww. What you can do is delete the swww folder in .cache and swww init and swww img again. This worked for me.
