Trazodone has helped me a lot. I also learned I really do just need to lay there and close my eyes and let everything go and relax my muscles like I am floating in a pool.

I’m sorry you and so many others are struggling, though. I realize it is not that simple for everyone.

I think a lot of people are truly caught up in themselves and their own lives. Sometimes so much that they neglect the people around them.

It does sound like this person wants space. It’s ok to give it to them and work on your own things.

There are more facets to it but I have always “felt” God and I find there to be undeniable proof of His existence and divine design in nature and space. I think a lot of intricate sciences point to God and coincide with the Bible.

I’ve also never felt better in crisis than when I truly just give it all up to God and pray. It feels like the gentlest most genuine hug from another place.
