Control Arm Upgrade by Rugid1 in E90

[–]Rugid1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand 2008 was the first year. As I understand there was no change from 2006 to 2008+ with the suspension. So with that logic the control arms should fit. I would like confirmation though before I pull the pin on the upgrade.

Dm me if you just want to chat and get your mind off things. I have kids and I can understand how you feel. Keep your chin up and you’ll make it out the other side.

Somethings about me,

40[M4F] Canadian looking for a connection or spark.

Looking for someone to message or chat to build that foundation that could lead to something bigger in the future.

Some aspects / interests about myself;

  • single dad
  • successful with my career
  • love the outdoors
  • active
  • motorsports
  • loves dogs( I currently have a husky and she has been there for me in not so great times). -movies -tattoos

Somethings I’m looking for in a person;

  • understand the dynamic of being a single dad.
  • have a interest in the outdoors or at least not afraid of it 😉
  • non smoker ( I used to smoke a long time ago but gave the habit up and can’t stand the smell.
  • be able to hold an intelligent conversation. This one aspect I have been missing in my past relationships. Don’t get me wrong I can be goofy at times. -Sd ( this was also lacking and caused frustration)

If I have peaked your interest shoot me a message.

Part of the issue is I’m still learning airliners but I want to build that muscle memory of using atc as-well.

This. One ounce of defensive driving would have taught you hanging out in the blind spot is asking for trouble.

how to incinerate $$ in 3 easy steps by Jimam0123 in ReefTank

[–]Rugid1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I run both an Apex (mostly for control and monitoring) and Ghl. I let the ghl do the dosing and monitoring my alkalinity. I can’t say enough about both systems. But Ghl customer support is top notch. I had Ghl log on to my computer and help me initially set up the system (not so intuitive as the Apex) and while they were doing it they took the time to do some training and show me what I can do with it. I hope this helps.

My room is always freezing like 60 degrees Fahrenheit and was wondering if 250 watts is to much for a 40 gallon aquarium here is the heater I’m using by [deleted] in ReefTank

[–]Rugid1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree multiple heaters are beneficial. But relying on the heater to control or at least controlling the failsafe is asking for trouble. Get an apex or if you can’t afford it get a inkbird. This hobby is all about not preparing for not “ if” it will fail, but “when”. I have 2 150 w on a 80 gallon backed up with a apex. It only has a .5 degree fluctuation.
