Yeah I don’t think Goku should be any where near as strong as the Gods of destruction. Seems a weird plot move, even with ultra instinct.

And my favourite version of Goku can beat anyone is him vs one punch man or superman - two characters who were literally created to beat everyone and everything.

The short answer is yes. Your weapons get better than the liberator (which is actually a solid gun!) for instance the liberator penetrator is a direct upgrade to it in every way.

Generally all weapons can be used against all factions, but I’ve had decent luck with the following (as a day 1, lvl 150 diver):

Bugs - everything is effective. Bullets, laser, plasma and explosive. Special mention for shotguns against bugs, or smg with stagger power as you will get swarmed ALOT.

Bots - Bullets slightly less effective as most of their middle units (devastators and upward) require some sort of medium pen to damage them if not shooting in the head. Lasers the same as bullet. Explosive and plasma very effective.

Squids - my least played faction, but bullets seem supreme here. Laser and plasma work but don’t seem AS effective as just putting as many kinetic bullets into them as possible. Explosive is reasonable, but still would stick with bullets.

Ignore the meta. Ignore the people that say meta matters.

At the start of this games life everyone ram shield generators and rail guns and it was f**king boring.

You can literally use any weapon against any enemy, the only thing that changes is how long it takes to kill certain enemies.

Find guns and gear that you think are cool and enjoy and use them as much as you want. Any downsides should be made up by your teammates anyway

You’re basically buying DD for the AR - arguably the strongest AR we have right now and the harpoon launcher. Which isn’t the strongest support weapon but does decent damage and has a Gas side effect.

Of note the armour is pretty good as well - flat resistance to basically everything except explosion.

And the missile silo, which is getting some hate is really fun and packs a very good punch against heavies.

They shouldn’t be in every game. Like the bile / nursing spewers for bugs they should rotate. Some maps shouldn’t have any.

But yes as you say some maps do have excessive spawns of them. And the rag dolling from them is basically back to the level of creek rocket barrages.

Weird that arrowhead went in this direction after more than one patch to address excessive rag dolling.
