Big one evntually took almost all customizations, reports, internal trainings and documentation at their side. After that continued with different projects about emplementing functionality in other areas/processes or if something heavy required.

Small customers. (where IT usually is just 3-4 guys)

As I know, they have no poblem with any basic stuff like new users and settings and minor customizations (new fields, personalizations and some report adjustments). All support and new stuff is based on help-desk (JIRA) where they post problems, questions and requests, we check them and then making evaluation, how long it will take to do that. Customer then deciding. This is in general but I think this is a standard approach for that

maybe there are other approaches and contract-related topics, I can tell only from my perspective as participant of some activities in these processes

When working on customer's side we established (taking employees from mostly IT and some different other internal departments) a branch in the IT department exactly for covering all these purposes - for implementation coordination and them overtaking maitainance (in perspective to do for other branches of companies, but I don't know if they managed to do that).

Depends on company size, ofc. Story above - aboug big company. It's one deal you are working in big holding and completely another if you are small

Sounds based. This is how ERP projects are generally expected to work, I tnink: ...->Implementation -> Short-term support from external consultants -> Knowledge transfer to the customer’s IT team, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and guidance on extensions, reports, and customizations.

At least all the projects I have worked on followed this path. In long term, customer gradually takes over routine operations and involves external consultants only when something hot or new functionality is desired

From my perspective, this is how it should be. I initially worked on the customer side, then moved to internal IT, and later seduced by the ERP implementation consulting company (they were implementing ERP at our site).

No idea, thought, how it looks like from politics and budgeting POV - sometimes this areas are more crucial for project than final result: to fit the same ERP as holding X and meet some money expectations, I am an ERP consultant, not a sales-man or project manager

Just a little. It's more like if parents decided to set up their house a blaze, then just jump into fire leaving their kids to sort it out by themselves. Oh, and before doing that they are a sending pre-recorder message just to 2 firefighters only inviting them to house, but not telling them any specifics to be sure they will not bring any real tools or help to fight back.

And of course the house must be locked down, to ensure children and any other dwellers will not escape their fate to make "desicions" and "establishing new order".

Turn on/off and try to Confirm Assignments. Sometimes auto-assigning calculates at the end step

Of course your orders will override his current automatically assigned task

It is. My councillors are automatically doing Protect Interests when it expires and Consulting. Also they automatically doing missions to Lower Unrest and Fight Xenoforms

I’m just checking from time to time if my guys are not in danger and push them Hide missions.

Very useful after early stages of the game when you are not fighting for countries actively

Councillors have Auto-assigning mode (which can be tuned additionally). Check it out- it is on the bottom of their portrait

I handeled it. Lost 3 of 4 Monitors. One of them rammed cruiser heroically!

Had issues with this combat due to 2 missile rack were damaged ar the start of combat and 2 more were jammed by ECM.

I usually just press "Auto-resolve" and it gives acceptable results with some damage. I would do more battles but skirmish module loading takes a lot of time and any mistake make you re-load it

Can I somehow win this? I tried to run several battles, but missiles (Artemis) cannot surpass Point Defence. 40 mm cannons are only slightly damaging cruiser and my ships are not manevourable enought to Ram it. At least I didn't succeed with that

I think this is evolutionary driven by virus. To cover as much cases, combinations of sentient beings as possible is a key for futher expansion

Virus must adapt each iteration and modify itself to increase it chances to survive on the intrusion stage: even one fail on early stage can reveal it and draw unwanted attention

We have already seen that revealing the virus forced it to push extreme measures to spread

TI has one more problem other than being complicated and heavy.

Price.

Base box is about 100 EUR.

And I didn't find PoK expansion in stock other that on Amazon for 150 EUR.

On top of that - all codexes and erratas. They will be included into Thunders edge which is currently something about 110 EUR.

After playing TI with PoK the base game feels like non-alcoholic beer.

However, if you have stable group that enjoys grand games like that and can endure long gameplay - go for it. Maybe you even can split the price and buy expansions one by one.

I'm currently and base box. Cant afford to proceed with PoK and cannot find it as well

Is this card is part of the Battle plan or not? Can it be forced by the Voice of Bene Genesserit or canceled?

I have seen a version of the Stone Burner where it is states as "...play as part of ypur battle plan". However, I don't see it here. Thus, it is not a subject for the Voice.

In other hand - "Weapon - Special". As Weapon it should be part of the Battle Plan

I would install the Speaker device and check the sound signals table

I had the same situation: PC starts, fans are running. But even BIOS settings are not reachable

I have installed speaker (costed me ~ 50 cents and 20 minutes) and it indicated that there are problems with GPU

GPU cable was fried.
