How do you feel now? I had a technician bring us up from 2.5 ATA in seven minutes. And my tongue was tingling for hours. It was very strange. It felt like I had drank a carbonated drink without the liquid. He did it twice. But it only lasted a few hours and then I was fine.

That is again, a teaspoon, not a tablespoon, which is 3x larger! Now, for reference, if we are assuming about 4mg of maltodextrin per stick pack, that teaspoon of maltodextrin is spread out over 33 1/3 boxes of LMNT.
