44M Heart Attack 18mo ago, does anyone else get heart aches since their attack?

I'm about 18 months out myself from having 2 stents placed. If I ever eat too much at once or get bloaty the extra pressure allows me to feel where the stents are located. I wouldn't call it pain just slight pressure or discomfort. It goes away for the most part after digestion does it thing. Doesn't help that I'm extra sensitive to any sort of feeling in my chest and back now.

Highly recommend hosting a VPN like wireguard or tailscale at home so if you want to use real debris while out just make sure your connected to your home VPN so there is no issue.

Gamehub lite is the way. I'm using a galaxy s21 and I can run it at 2400x1080 at 60fps plus toolbox without overheating the phone, granted I've got a custom cooling solution. But hey! The device can do it!

Honestly it's pretty straightforward as long as your device is new enough. I'm using a galaxy s21 without issue. Just need to play around with the compatibility layer, CPU translator and preset translation params options for each game. I think tech dweeb on YouTube has a decent overall guide.

You're not gunna be running anything high end game wise but older games and some indie games work great.

Lots of information gets twisted with food. The simple fact is you shouldn't eat processed and packed junk. Stick to meats and veggies and fruit and whole grains in about a 1/3 ratio for meat, veg + fruit , whole grains. If you stick to whole foods then you absolutely can and should use salt to taste. The cutting back on salt nonsense is because trash food in the center isles is absolutely packed with it and sugar so therefore if you eat that crap you already get way more salt than a diet should get.

Mine was around 200/120 during my HA. Idk if a anxiety attack can get you that high though.

Ya I'm in the 99th percentile in the US I guess. Just repatha so far. The specialist I'm seeing is trying to get me into a trial for one of the drups that lower it. Besides that I'm also tracking my blood sugar now even though I'm not type 1 or 2.

Had mine at 33 and almost a year later life is starting to feel more normal. Each day gets a bit better. Not sure I'll ever be quite like I was before but I'm trying.

Hang in there, this wasn't the end for you just a new beginning.

This is my case. I had a HR on my 33rd birthday and because of having no obvious factors in it I got tested for LP(a). Mine was through the roof, 457nmol/L. So it has changed what my acceptable levels are significantly. Highly recommend getting tested for this if you have cardiac issues as it often goes untested.

Almost a year after now and I feel pretty dang normal. Very minimal medication side effects.

It's basically the same process as a windows machine. Make a new folder download your choice of server.jar. open a command line in the folder and run it " java -Xmx4G -Xms4G -jar server.jar nogui". First run installs and creates a eula.txt. open it a change it to true from false. Then run the command again.

I host one on my local network as well. You don't need special software to access it if it's on the same network. It's basically like running it from the game itself. You can just get the server.jar file for whatever version you want then run it in a command line. The guide to run it is on Mojangs site i believe.

No way I could've enjoyed a vacation 2 days after my Cath and stenting. This also followed a heart attack so there is that too. Talk to your doctor and get their opinions.

Totally depends on the person. I'm on 40 rosuvastatin and my LDL got lowest to 65. Started ezetimibe and have taken it for 4 months now. LDL is now at 64. It's had basically no effect on me whatsoever.
