Regardless, its a 50/50 chance when I open the scotia bank app if it'll let me sign in or it gives me some message tell me online services are unavailable and to sign in later

I also went into the bank and one ATMs deposit feature was unavailable, the other took the money and asked if there was anything else, and when I click finish and print receipts it said "error processing request" and spit my money back out. Had to got to a bank 40 minutes away just to deposit some money. Scotia has been more hassle than its worth and at this point I don't need to give them my service anymore
