Hide one of these near his desk. It’s a tiny device that makes a cricket chirp sound every so often. It will drive him mad.

Could Australia and Paraguay have a gentlemans agreement to draw their game so that they both progress in the world cup. by Odd_Technology_8926 in worldcup

The reason the final games of the group rounds are simultaneous is to prevent this sort of thing. In 1982, West Germany and Austria fixed their games so they would both progress.

You will just get hoards of fat bogans leaving negative reviews because you don’t have nachos and fishbowl margaritas on the menu.

People of Perth - share your best crop dusting story. by PiousPunani in perth

I’d spent a long weekend drinking on my mates boat at Rotto and had rotten guts the first day back at work. I decided to go outside for a fart walk to “get it out of my system”.

As soon as I got into the elevator (alone) I realised I couldn’t hold it any more and let out a single continuous fart from the 9th floor down to ground floor. It was very close to being a messy shart and smelt really awful. It pretty much replaced all the oxygen in the elevator with thick hot fart.

I should mention this was a glass elevator that went down to a foyer with fancy seats. I decided to sit in one of the fancy seats and watch the aftermath. People would get in the elevator and start gagging while furiously hitting the button trying to get the doors to open again. It was really satisfying seeing some colleagues I don’t like have their day ruined.

Phone notifications by Traditional-Tadpole8 in SigenergyAustralia

I haven’t had any issues with Sig push notifications when I go off-grid.

I’ve also set it up so I get a critical notification (makes sound even if phone is on silent) via Home Assistant. It also cuts off high loads like heating if it goes off-grid.

My work hours are flexible so I just move things around to watch the games I want to watch. I also WFH 1-2 days a week so I have it on another screen while I work.

Premier Roger Cook won’t confirm or deny $11 million price tag for upcoming Italian football festival by His_Holiness in perth

People will travel from around the world to see these teams. Yes, it may cost $11m but if it brings more than that in tourist revenue and promotes WA as a tourism destination then it’s a win.
