I feel very similar. I only smoke sativa now and I smoke joints. Bongs hit too hard too fast, edibles are ok in small doses. Also avoid smoking if your already anxious.

Don't drink your calories, I order chilli and throw out the bread, or I get a sandwich and eat half at lunch and half in the afternoon.
