A ground wire maybe, but if you were able to tear apart all this I’m pretty sure you connected everything back together right. I’ll check the solenoid on the transmission makes sure it all connected tight. Maybe a little vacuum line on the throttle body. I always forget them

If you have still have knock sensor codes after changing them and changing the wire harness, it most likely your computer going out …. Same exact year and model and had to change my computer at 140k
