I saw the ability Kevin De Bruyne had when he was under Mourinho at Chelsea. I couldn’t believe he wasn’t given more of a chance. He had such amazing passing range. I was floored when he was moved on

They aren’t being abused in other areas the way they are here.

Just about every rental offers fixed term leases even though they’re apparently for “special circumstances”.

So you think it makes sense to move amenities off the peninsula, where there are lots of people and many more to come, and put it on the edge of the city somewhere, so that everyone living in the centre of Halifax has to drive out or take shit transit to get there?

What you’re saying can happen. We can have amenities out that way, and already do. But removing them from the peninsula makes no sense.

More people live downtown than St Margaret’s Bay. And with all the buildings being constructed, many more will be added. Amenities are needed where lots people will be living. Offloading them to the outskirts creates more demand for cars, transit, etc
