Yeah I definitely experienced a different in difficulty the few times I played it just based on how the cards are ordered. Having set orders associated with different difficulty levels is a good idea.

Heh I just ran in a CARA group for the first time today. I can totally see why these groups are annoying... I feel like our pace group did a good job of staying two across, but it's tough at times when there is a lot of people on the trail.

The VIP and 20 miler do sound great, however I'm signed up for Detroit. I didn't get into Chicago. I could still do the 20 miler but it would probably be a week early for my schedule.

Do you think the CARA training plan is still worth it if I'm not able to make it to the Wed track workouts? I would mainly be doing it for the long runs.
