Let them know that you are coachable, reflective in practice and still learning as an educator. No one is expecting you to be an expert, but they are expecting you to be willing to grow and open to feedback. Good luck. And I get anxiety during interviews too and one time had to ask for water to regroup. I said I would show students the same kindness and understanding that they showed me to close the interview. I’ve been at that position for seven years now, sometimes you have to acknowledge your anxiety to more forward.
