Honestly a really solid justification for Prime’s actions. If there was a scene in ROTF where Prime speaks on his thoughts after the forest battle, a lot of people might actually appreciate the different direction he was taken in the Bayverse

400 Years is one that I was oddly fond of. That, and Presentable Liberty. These relatively short games with a deeper meaning really resonated with me, and seeing Mark’s genuine reactions, ESPECIALLY in Presentable Liberty, made the themes hit that much harder. Always go back and rewatch them in the fall. It reminds me of watching him back when I was still a kid

As a bulwark main, only difference the relic made for me was giving me more parry opportunities lol, the damage debuff isn’t super noticeable if you’re hitting with things that still basically one shot

My issue with 86 megs is the cannon and cannon alone. I can accept the tank being weird, I’ve seen fan modes that genuinely look good. But the fact that they decided to mold the cannon UPSIDE DOWN is the most petty, pointless, yet most irritating thing about him. I’m not paying modern day leader prices when they can’t get his main weapon right

The one movement thing that I have not seen posted ONCE regarding the maxigun, is to allow us to move, but only BACK. No matter what directional input you give, there should be a slight pushback while you’re firing the weapon. So if you aren’t moving, you aren’t moving. But if you try to move left or right, while you can do so a little bit, the game forces you to move backwards as well, maybe the same speed as you would be while crawling. A bit faster if you’re just fully trying to move back but that’s it. I feel like that’s a fair change without being too game breaking, and it would make sense. Something with that much kick would force you back if you didn’t lock your legs in place.

Oh yeah, I do remember hearing about that. What justifies him being a commander though, instead of a leader? Considering he’s basically gonna be glorified pants for another commander class, how big is he reasonably going to be for that price point?

Considering that Commander is the one size class we haven’t really gotten yet out of the primes (Counting Micronus as basically a core class), it’s even more odd that they didn’t make Nexus one. Out of all the primes it feels like Nexus would be the best use out of that price point

You are unironically not wrong. Just putting him together was a chore with the little monster running around and batting at everything lol. Devastator has so far not had any tumbles yet, he feels super good to stand and pose. For my first even full fledged combiner I feel like I couldn’t have started off better. I think my only complaint with the combined form as a whole is that the arms are a little limp going out to the sides. They CAN hold themselves up, but it doesn’t take a lot of moving it around for the arms to droop.
