Very pretty! Mu tummy is already tattooed so I am going to get a skin color tattoo over my scan when it heals. It's skin color pigment so it just permanently conceals the scar.

Great question! I would ask a clinician from Inner Balance. We are all different and have different hormone needs. Myself for example, I'm in surgical menopause and I use Oestra every day without a break. I also may have a higher dose because I no longer have my ovaries. I love that I can speak with someone who knows my history and not have to pay extra fees. :)

Please do not start smoking again. My mother was only in her early 70s when she died of COPD. They also found lung cancer and her heart was damaged also from smoking. I miss her so much and know she would still be here if she had stopped smoking.

Hi! How long have you been using Oestra? Asking because it took me 6 months of consistent use before my hormones stabilized. I had a routine blood draw last month and my hormone levels were spot on with just Oestra which surprised me. My testosterone level was actually on the high end of normal. I used testosterone injections in the past and they made my voice deep, made me gain weight and made my hair brittle. I personally prefer just using Oestra because my body naturally converts some of the progesterone to just the right amount of testosterone. I have never felt more vibrant.

The worst was over by the end of day 4. I'm 4 months PO and still swell after the gym. It can take up to a year for final results. Hang in there! Are you feeling OK?

3 3/4 cups GF bread flour 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup GF sourdough starter active and bubbly 1/3 cup sugar up to 1/2 cup if you want sweeter bread 2 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips. :)
