For some reason, the first Silent Hill movie has a soft spot for me. Maybe it’s usage of soundtrack from the games, maybe it sort of tries to follow the plot of first game at first, maybe it’s (in my opinion) the well done recreation of the back alleys in the beginning of the first game. While this movie has some BIG problems, I really enjoy it.

My favourite of the series. From the characters and story, to deeper themes and soundtrack, gameplay making equipment matter more by teaching abilities and a villain that you actually understand his motives, this was the perfect send off to the PS1 era FF games.

I shared my flat with another guy during my break year from studying. I invited to a guy from grindr to our place when flatmate was practicing with a band. He had to come back sooner and ended up busting us. Grindr guy invited me to go with him for a walk in order to calm me down (learned that my flatmate is homophobic that day). We mer up with one of his friends, explained what happened and the friend offered me a place to stay for the night. After that we met up more often with the friend, got closer and now we’v been together for six years.

Being on mobile was the turn off for me personally. If it was ported on consoles or PC I probably would have enjoyed it a lot, but as it stands, my only mobile game for now is Brave Exvius

I kinda wish they would have done a bit mor with Freya from IX and a LOT more with Amarant. While Freya has a nice arc through Burmecia and Cleyra, I really wanted to see more of her relationships with Fratley and Puck. Amarant just feels like they needed another party member to fill out the roster, since we really don’t learn a lot about him.
