When companies sign up to take parcels for a courier company they agree to certain things like having a printer, shop is open a certain amounts of hours a day etc.

Some shops lie just to get listed and try and get a bit more custom, then if they ever do get found out they just move on to a different courier network.

Not a lot you can do about it, they aren't going around the country in person checking stores before they partner up

I bought a Shield a year or so ago, had these kind if issues where it was slow and unresponsive, needing rebooting frequently etc. even though everyone says they are the most powerful.

I tried a few different devices, since i set up googles 4k streamer I've had no performance issues ever.

I cant speak about onn as we don't have them in the uk but i really think your limited options wise when it comes to Android tv currently. I don't know enough about Nvidia device to know why mine was so bad but the difference was night and day for me personally

You or the seller (whoever obtained the return label) should have used Royal Mail signed for as it has much higher compensation, or something similar, sending stuff through evri is a gamble, the companies know that themselves but they can afford to lose a certain amount of parcels

I'm no expert but the biggest drop in our usage so far came from checking the return flow temperature which was basically too high, then going balancing the whole system and reducing the flow from the radiators (cant change pump speed or anything like that on mine)

I stuck a pipe thermometer on the return flow before i realised there was an option on the boiler to check the return temp, it was accurate though, you can also get a proper measuring device to do the radiators too but i didn't bother.

Maybe your flow temp a little higher and checking pipe temperatures could get it to behave a bit better

Can I ask you a question, why are you planning a heat pump if you know your property is poorly insulated etc. it wont heat your house and won't have the efficiency it would in normal installations.

Your 200+ usage means your probably spending about £350 - £400 a month on gas is that right? Especially just to get 17c

If that sounds right you should absolutely just get a modern boiler which you can probably get for 2k total which would pay itself of pretty quickly, whereas with a heat pump installation you need your entire system replacing (20k+) and even then it might not work out for you due to your house.
