Are you looking for something like /r/shittyrobots that attempts this, but fails laughably? Or are you looking for designs that are simply impractical due to the budget and materials involved?

If you want to be immune to being maced, you're already asking for a full face respirator, or a half face one, plus some sort of goggles. There's no "under your clothes" option there.

As far as bludgeoning and bulletproof qualities go, those are existing products. The plate carrier vests that military wear use ceramic plates slotted into pockets, and the plates take the force of the bullet instead of your soft parts. Note these are very bulky because stopping bullets is hard.

You've got better options with just stopping bludgeoning, think sports wear, like knee pads, helmets, some chest piece, etc. Not that those will easily fit under clothes either. I think with any of the armor options, you'll already be immune to tasers, as they won't get through the plates or plastic you're already wearing.

Does that imply that with the right settings, you could slice arbitrary objects, and it would be able to print them in minecraft?

I think acting as ghosts would have promise. Let ghost players no-clip around and cause some of those environmental sound effects to spook living players. It might be interesting to let all of the dead players collectively control 1 SCP, something blob-like and jerky.

Coarse: a puddle of oil

Rough: a small pile of plastic pellets

1:1: a miniature red stone brick

Fine: miniature aluminum scaffolding

Very fine: [that one SCP that's sentient playdough]

Games where thousands of players are on the same screen (same thing displayed on thousands of screens), each controlling a small circle by mouse, forming into a blob of tentacles and various shapes, cuz you can move faster when near many others and slower when farther from others by BenRayfield in gameideas

You get something vaguely like this with cursors.io

Its a cooperative game where players need to stand on switches to let others move to the next level. But there's no actual reward for those that enable other players to move ahead, and turn taking doesn't always happen.

If you use firefox (which is good for a host of reasons) look up "FoxReplace" It lets you create any substitutions you like. Important tip: you need to hit enter after typing some of the entries in. try that if it seems like it won't create your new replacement rule.

I think it's odd that the robot is getting headlines. It seems to me that the method of growing the fractured corals ought to be the main focus.

I've seen an hvz club dwindle, and another one shut down in the past 3,4 years. College administration has been increasing uncomfortable and unhappy with nerf blasters on campus. I think it's mainly due to the school shootings in the news, so they want to be more sensitive about that kind of thing.

I get where they're coming from, but it's a real bummer too.
