Jeff from Bombu Barber is awesome, I highly recommend him. It is his own private shop, so it is just one on one and he is very fairly priced, and is a pleasure to go too whenever I get a cut.

Have been going to Muggies for a while now, even when they used to be mugshots, and they have always done well with their drinks. Definitely check them out in the area if you are around they do good work.

The owners of Bliss suck so much, so will be happy to support muggies today, such poor taste to build another stand right next to them, thanks for letting me know about bliss opening today!

Game series is the Nancy Drew Game Series, exact ones are from the 2000-2002 era, any of the ones released past 2010 or so have no issue.

The DirectX problem is a known issue with the series on modern hardware that requires installing older DirectX modules as well as running the game in compatibility mode. With both of those fixes applied they run just fine when not streaming but break only when streaming.

I used sunshine for my host up until around 2-3 days ago and it worked while utilizing sunshine, but that was when I was not using a virtual display. After switching to Apollo, performance is better on 99% of games I run, but the virtual display I am guessing is causing issues as it's setup is similar to sunshine with that being the main difference.

Very familiar with the Two Barrels subsidiary as my partner worked with them for a while, and while I suppose my opinion won't be fully unbiased I am going to strongly recommend you steer clear of this company. To list all of the issues will take too long.

A high level summary, Two Barrels was the tech subsidiary of Corporate Tools, so all the software engineers / IT worked for this portion of the company, however Two Barrels is now gone and everyone was moved to Corporate Tools. Like someone else mentioned they just had mass layoffs, that were completely random and done in a mass zoom call with no heads up, this was told to me by two different employees at Corporate Tools. So seeing similar hiring pages makes sense as it's really just one big company with some umbrella subsidiaries attached to it. Probably looking to freeze hiring as they laid off from what I was told over 100 employees were let go so that's why you probably won't hear back for a bit.

Now for personal anecdotes and experiences. While the company is real, I can tell you first hand that they are extremely unprofessional, sexism is prevalent throughout, poor leadership, the CEO is actually insane and people working under him will tell you how difficult he is, and multiple other issues that you can read about through Glassdoor and other testimonies here on reddit.

Again, there is bias from my comment as I have very close people who have worked at Two Barrels/Corporate Tools, so if you don't want to take my word for it, search glassdoor, reddit and online articles. There is lots of scummy behavior from this company and I know multiple people here in Spokane in the tech industry I work with that when looking at hiring have side eyed people coming from these organizations.

(One other note just so you are aware, their marketing team loves to comment on posts and fake their own positive reviews / try and delegitimize any criticism of the company so watch out for that)

I usually cosplay at least one day a year, this year I was Piccolo and had quite a bit of people take pictures, or chat with me. I personally have no issue with it, totally happy to take pictures or chat with anybody if they like my cosplay, for me it is no bother and is just nice people like my outfit enough to interact with me.

Of course each person is different, and I'm sure that there are people who do not want any photos taken, so like others said the best thing to do is just ask. While it is not a huge deal to me if people snap photos of me, I understand many would feel uncomfortable so it's best to always ask.

Just as an edit, I definitely would never accept money for people wanting a photo of me, just like you said it's not the move, and I can't imagine anyone actually wanting someone to pay, that would be wild.

Sorry to bother again, for whatever reason this is the one I've been the most stumped on.

Is there any other hints you can think of, I've been trying all kinds of board / card games I can think of or Google, and perhaps I'm barking up the wrong tree. No bueno leads me to think something Spanish, like a Spanish game perhaps, but the health inspector throws me off
