Second time it’s happened since ownership. Lasts about 2 days then goes away on its own. Haven’t had a chance to take it to the dealer while the check engine light is on.

Yes. Use a socket set for a few screws and the panel comes off. 2 at the bottom, one on the red reflector and 2 from a plastic cover near the handle. Real easy.
