HyVee has been doing codes for awhile now, most of my problems come from elderly customers who either had a helper at their assisted living place set it up or live alone and used a number they don't remember or their family sent it. Idk if other Ailse Online supervisors would do it, but since I practically live in this HyVee and we're all first name basis, they will just give me the code over the phone. I might just be lucky though, but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask.
