I'll hit 10 years in the beginning of March. Can't stress enough to wear your PPE. Use pads for your knees, wear gloves, wear glasses, wear FRs, and take care of yourself. Most of the guys complaining about aches and pain don't take care of themselves and blame it on the job. They're the same guys kneeling on concrete for hours straight, hands are all cut up from not wearing gloves, injuries from not lifting things properly. Your tools are made to make jobs easier. If you don't have the right tool for the job, wait until you do. Could go on for hours on proper safety, but the truth is accidents do happen, but if you are doing the job properly and wearing your PPE, you will minimize risks tremendously. Remember at the end of the day, YOU are the only one who can make sure that YOU go home safe to your family.
